1. The service

SkyGrowthWealth Research publishes investment research on a subscription basis. The service comprises written research reports, financial models, strategy specifications, market commentary and the software through which they are delivered.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what your current subscription includes, we will notify you and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

2. Nature of our research — important

Our research is general in nature and is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, tax position or particular needs, and it is not personalised investment advice.

Nothing we publish is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and, where appropriate, should consult a registered investment adviser.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no representation or warranty that any view, model, strategy or forecast will prove accurate, and we give no assurance of returns of any kind.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least eighteen and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are licensed to a single person unless your plan expressly includes multiple seats. Sharing credentials outside your licensed seats is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Subscription fees, billing cycles and inclusions are as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price so that access is not interrupted. We will notify you before each renewal. You may switch off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard.

Upgrades take effect immediately with the unused value of your current term credited. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refund eligibility is set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property and licensed use

All research, models, text, charts, code and design on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use them for your own investment decisions.

You may not:

• Redistribute, republish, resell or syndicate our research in any form
• Share access credentials or reports beyond your licensed seats
• Use our research or models to create a competing product or service
• Remove attribution, watermarks or copyright notices
• Scrape, mirror or systematically download the site or its content

You may quote short extracts for personal, non-commercial discussion with clear attribution and a link to the source.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or use the service for any unlawful purpose including market manipulation or the dissemination of misleading information.

8. Third-party content and links

Our research may reference third-party data, filings and publications. We take reasonable care in selecting sources but do not warrant the accuracy of third-party material and are not responsible for external websites we link to.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, our research.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, most commonly for credential sharing or redistribution. Where the breach is capable of remedy we will normally give notice and an opportunity to correct it first. On termination for breach, no refund is due.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanism available to you.

Before commencing proceedings we ask that you raise the matter through our grievance redressal process, which is usually faster for both sides.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
